Mergers and acquisitions are evaluated to accelerate growth in key markets. Focus is put on process efficiency in all areas to optimize the company's business model and cash generating ability.

Realization of Value

The portfolio company is prepared to become a tradable entity of institutional quality. The future industrial context of the company is addressed, as are the requirements that need to be fulfilled in order to carry out an IPO or trade sale to private or public buyers in targeted markets.
