Artificial Solutions is recognized as the inventor of the world's most humanlike, intelligent and capable virtual assistants, available on any platform, in any language, anywhere.

The company develops, markets and implements a software-as-a-service (SaaS)-based customer interaction suite that when implemented typically includes an intelligent virtual assistant as a key component of the solution. The company's product suite is based on its unique core technology, a sophisticated and scalable natural language interaction platform that uses advanced linguistic techniques to allow people and computers to hold intelligent conversations in any of 21 languages and using any mix of channels: web, mobile (smart phone), SMS, email, social networks and live chat. Clients include IKEA, Canal Digital, Telenor, Banca Sella, BBVA, The Swedish Tax Office and The Slovenian Tax Office.

From its inception in 2001, Artificial Solutions enjoyed significant growth during its entrepreneurial stage. Following Scope's entry in August 2008, a re-organization was initiated including the appointment of a new CEO together with other executive-level appointments, helping create a strong management platform, providing organizational scalability and positioned the company for growth. In parallel, Scope continues to work with the management team to further develop the company's core technology and strengthen the business model in order to meet the requirements of its target international customer base.
