Martin Dawes Systems

Martin Dawes Systems is a leading software and services vendor specializing in billing, subscriber management and business-assurance solutions for the communications industry.

Scope initially invested in the Swedish company Visual Wireless focusing on revenue assurance for telecom operators, matching telephone calls routed through the operator's systems with actual calls billed.

In 2006 Visual Wireless was merged with the Martin Dawes Systems company and together with its entity Lavastorm forms the largest player in telecom revenue assurance globally. 

In 2011 Scope sold its shares to the main shareholder of the company.
