Wright Trafikkskole expands to Sørlandet

Oslo, 2011-11-21. Wright Trafikkskole acquires A4 Trafikkskole AS in Kristiansand. ”With the acquisition of A4, Wright establishes a platform for further growth in Sørlandet“, says Kevin Wright, CEO and founder of Wright Trafikkskole.

 A4 Trafikkskole is one of the larger driving schools in Kristiansand. The company had revenues of NOK 8m in 2010, has 8 employees and a central location in Kristiansand.

Former owners Per Robert Myklebust and Kjetil Nyquist will continue as branch managers for Sørlandet with Wright Trafikkskole. "We look forward to becoming a part of Norway's leading driving education group and have a goal of strengthening the market position of Wright in Kristiansand and the region in general", says Myklebust and Nyquist, who will also become shareholders in Wright Trafikkskole.
